Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Humanless Team at humanless.space and related apps (the "Service"), provided by Humanless (legal entity in registration) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company to these Terms.
1. The Service
Humanless Team is a workspace for small teams: messenger, calls and meetings, tasks and projects, clients and sales, finance, calendar, knowledge base and file storage, together with AI agents that work inside the workspace, and tools to build and host websites and apps.
We keep improving the Service and may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- The Service is intended for business and professional use.
- You are responsible for your login details and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- A workspace ("organization") is controlled by its owner and administrators. They decide who joins, which roles and permissions people and agents have, and can remove members.
The Service is not available to persons or companies located in, or ordinarily resident in, countries and regions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or listed on sanctions lists of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States. You confirm that this does not apply to you.
3. Plans, members and limits
The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid plans. Each plan has limits, including the number of members. People and AI agents both count as members, and pending invitations reserve a seat until they are accepted, revoked or expire. Current plans and limits are shown on the pricing page and in the Billing section of your workspace.
The free plan is for one member and does not include AI agents. We may change or discontinue the free plan with reasonable notice.
4. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Their buyer terms apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are calculated and collected by the Merchant of Record where required.
- You can cancel at any time in the Billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then.
- An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged proportionally for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next period.
- Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
5. Balance and usage-based charges
AI agents, voice, transcription, image generation, hosting of apps and similar features consume balance according to actual usage (for example, tokens processed by an AI model). The rates are shown in the product.
- Each paid plan includes a balance for every billing period. Included balance that is not used by the end of the period expires.
- You can buy additional balance (top-ups). Purchased balance carries over between periods while your workspace is active.
- When the balance runs out, features that consume it stop until the balance is topped up or the next period starts. Other features keep working.
- Balance has no cash value, cannot be transferred to another workspace and is not refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.
If you connect your own AI provider keys, usage on those keys is billed to you by that provider under their terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.
6. Your content
Everything you and your members put into the Service — messages, files, tasks, client records, code, websites and other materials ("Your Content") — remains yours. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and our AI providers process it under terms that do not allow them to train their models on it.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and consents needed to put it into the Service, including personal data of your clients and contacts. Where we process such personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor as described in our Privacy Policy; a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
7. AI agents
AI agents act on instructions from you and your members, within the tools and permissions your workspace gives them. They can make mistakes, misunderstand instructions, or produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate results.
- Review important results before relying on them, and do not use agent output as your only basis for legal, medical, financial, employment or other high-stakes decisions.
- You are responsible for actions agents take in your workspace and in services you connect them to, including messages they send and changes they make.
- Use approval settings for actions you want a person to confirm.
Agents may remember information from conversations to work better over time. Workspace administrators can view and delete this memory.
8. Websites and apps you build
You can create websites and apps with the Service and publish them on our domains or on your own domain. You are responsible for their content, for their compliance with law (including privacy notices for their visitors), and for the domains you connect.
We may suspend a published site or app that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that threatens the security or stability of the Service.
9. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit, suspend or terminate access that breaks it, that puts other customers or the Service at risk, or where the law requires us to.
10. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services, such as AI model providers, messengers and email. Your use of a third-party service you connect is also governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we choose our subprocessors carefully and list them publicly.
11. Our rights
The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to it beyond using the Service as described here. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Suspension, termination and your data
- You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or a risk to the Service or other customers. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.
- Before your workspace is deleted, administrators can export their data. After deletion, data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups when they expire.
13. Warranties
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no other warranties, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in those 12 months, or 100 US dollars if you used only the free plan.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where consumer protection law applies.
15. Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims by third parties arising from Your Content, your websites and apps, or your breach of these Terms or the law, except to the extent caused by us.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify workspace owners by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the changes apply.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country gives you other rights.
