Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Humanless Team, including AI agents acting on your instructions and websites and apps you build and host with the Service. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Illegal and harmful content

  • Anything illegal where you or your audience are, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm.
  • Sexual content involving minors — we report it to the authorities.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech or doxxing.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Sale of illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, or instructions for serious harm, including chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons.

2. Abuse of people and systems

  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or buying and selling contact lists.
  • Phishing, fraud, scams, or impersonating people and organizations to deceive.
  • Malware, attacks on any system, unauthorised access, vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own, or bypassing security controls.
  • Scraping or automated access to other services in breach of their terms, including through AI agents.
  • Cryptocurrency mining, open proxies or VPN exit nodes on hosted apps.

3. AI-specific rules

  • No use of AI output to make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people — credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, healthcare or legal matters — without meaningful human review.
  • No deceiving people into believing they talk to a human when they talk to an agent, where this matters to them.
  • No generating disinformation intended to mislead about elections, public health or emergencies.
  • No attempts to extract other customers' data, jailbreak safety measures or make agents act outside the permissions your workspace gave them.
  • You must also follow the usage policies of the AI providers listed on our Subprocessors page.

4. Fair use of the Service

  • No circumventing plan limits, for example by creating multiple free workspaces for one team.
  • No reselling or white-labelling the Service without a written agreement with us.
  • No load that threatens the stability of the Service for other customers.
  • No use from sanctioned countries or regions, or by sanctioned persons.

5. Enforcement and reporting

We may remove content, pause agents, take down hosted sites or apps, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and cooperate with law enforcement. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
