These are the third parties that process personal data on our behalf to provide Humanless Team. We will update this page before adding a new subprocessor. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request: [email protected].

1. Infrastructure

  • Hetzner Online GmbH — application and database servers, backups. Location: Germany, Finland.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, content delivery, protection against attacks, status page. Location: global network, United States.
  • Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — error reports from the web app, without personal data by default. Location: United States.
  • Resend, Inc. — sign-in codes, invitations and service emails. Location: United States.

2. AI models and speech

  • Anthropic, PBC — AI models for agents. Location: United States.
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI models, speech recognition and synthesis, translation. Location: United States.
  • Google LLC — Gemini AI models, translation. Location: United States.
  • Groq, Inc. — speech recognition. Location: United States.
  • Soniox, Inc. — speech recognition and live translation in calls. Location: United States.
  • ElevenLabs, Inc. — voice synthesis. Location: United States.
  • Perplexity AI, Inc. — web search for agents (search queries only). Location: United States.

Which of these receive your content depends on the features and models your workspace uses.

3. Payments

  • Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — Merchant of Record: checkout, payments, taxes, invoices and refunds. Location: United Kingdom.

4. Integrations you enable

If your workspace connects Telegram, email, WhatsApp or other services, data flows to them only as you configure. They act under their own terms, not as our subprocessors.
